Notes from a Watch Collector

Welcome

Fifteen years of collecting mechanical watches have taught me that the best timepieces are those we actually wear.

This site documents my journey through horology — the watches I have owned, the ones I admire from afar, and the lessons learned along the way. I write about vintage chronographs, independent watchmakers, and the stories behind the dials.

I am not a dealer or an expert. Just a collector who enjoys the mechanical poetry of a well-made watch.

The Collection

Curated Over Fifteen Years

My collection has evolved from accumulation to refinement. Today it numbers fewer than twenty pieces, each chosen deliberately. Vintage chronographs, simple dress watches, and a few tool pieces that see regular wrist time.
